FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP BPJS KELAS III DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH PALEMBANG BARI
Health is a basic need that supports people’s daily activities and productivity. Hospitals, as referral health care facilities, are required to provide high-quality services in line with the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program through BPJS Kesehatan. Various problems such as limited health personnel, service time, attitudes of medical staff, and the quality of facilities can influence patient satisfaction as an indicator of hospital service quality. This study aimed to determine the relationship between reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible aspects, and facilities with the satisfaction of Class III BPJS inpatients at Palembang Bari Regional General Hospital. This was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 143 patients selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods with percentages and the Chi-Square test. The univariate analysis showed that the majority of respondents rated reliability as good (57.3%), responsiveness 55.2%, assurance 51.7%, empathy 53.1%, tangible 53.1%, and facilities 55.9%.
