EVALUASI PERENCANAAN DAN PENGADAAN PADA PROGRAM TABLET TAMBAH DARAH BAGI REMAJA PUTRI DI PUSKESMAS 4 ULU DAN PUSKESMAS SUNGSANG
Anemia in adolescent girls is a public health problem that impacts growth, learning ability, and future productivity. The government implements a Iron Tablet (TTD) supplementation program as an effort to prevent anemia. This study aims to cover the management of iron tablet planning and procurement for adolescent girls in two areas with different characteristics, namely the 4 Ulu Community Health Center in Palembang City as an urban area and the Sungsang Community Health Center in Banyuasin Regency as a coastal/rural area, using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Output) evaluation approach. This study used a qualitative analytical design with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews. The research informants consisted of six people consisting of logistics officers from the Health Office, nutrition officers from the community health center, and school health unit teachers. Data are explained thematically. The results of the study indicate that in terms of context, iron tablet needs planning in both community health centers is not fully based on actual data on the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls. In terms of input, Puskesmas 4 Ulu has better access to logistics and facilities but is potentially overstocked, while Puskesmas Sungsang faces limitations in human resources, budget, and distribution, which result in a shortage of TTD. In terms of process, the planning, proposal, recording, reporting, and monitoring stages have not been optimal, especially in coastal areas. In terms of output, there is a lack of TTD availability between regions, which affects distribution and consumption coverage. This study emphasizes the need for accurate data-based planning and procurement of TTD, increased human resource capacity, and strengthened cross-sectoral coordination according to regional characteristics.
