IMPLEMENTASI UNITED NATION CONVENTION ON THE RIGHT OF THE CHILD DALAM UPAYA PERLINDUNGAN ANAK DI MUSIBANYUASIN TAHUN 2020 - 2023

Violence againt childrens are issues that’s not only happend in the modern era but also an issues that happend since World War I, Violence againts childrens happend because there’s disparity in economic and social system, in order to end violence againt childrens United Nations issued the Conventions on the Rights of the Children or UNCRC on 20 November 1989 . where’s Indonesia ratified UNCRC through Presidential Decree number 36 1990 about ratification of UNCRC and implemented with Undang-Undang No.23 2002 about protection on the child. Then with the ratification of UNCRC the norm in it being implemnted by the regions on Indonesia, this research aim is to see the program from Musi Banyuasin government to resolve violence againt children in Musi Banyuasin itself, even though based on data violence case on children in Musi Banyuasin is increased from 2021 - 2023. This research apllies descriptive qualitative research method. This describe the implementation of UNCRC for protecting the child in Musi Banyuasin through concept of international regime and the implementation of international regime which consisting of international law, national law, and administrative act. Using regulations and the programs on Musi Banyuasin Regency.
