ANALISIS FAKTOR PENENTU KEBERHASILAN DARI PENGGUNAAN PROJECT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (PMIS) UNTUK PENGENDALIAN DAN PELAKSANAAN PROYEK
The implementation of a Project Management Information System (PMIS) in construction projects plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of project execution and control. These improvements are reflected through improved information alignment, time efficiency, and accurate decision-making. However, the success of PMIS implementation is influenced by various determining factors. This study aims to identify the factors affecting the level of success of PMIS usage and to formulate implementation strategies for the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) Project. The results indicate that security and authentication, ease of use, system efficiency, reliability, system integration, and PMIS usability are the dominant factors influencing successful PMIS implementation. Among these factors, security and authentication obtained the highest score of 98.67% of the total respondents. Therefore, it can be concluded that the success of PMIS utilization is strongly influenced by technological aspects and user capabilities, supported by implementation strategies that emphasize optimizing ease of use, efficiency, and system usability to enhance integration, strengthen security, improve reliability, and ensure system sustainability through continuous updates, evaluations, and data protection.
