DETERMINAN PERSUASI DALAM ADOPSI INOVASI SISTEM ELEKTRONIK PERJALANAN DINAS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN AKUNTABILITAS (Studi Pada Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan)
This study aims to analyze the determinants of persuasion in the adoption of the Electronic Official Travel System (e-Perjadin) innovation to support the efficiency and accountability of official travel at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of South Sumatra Province. This study uses Everett M. Rogers' Diffusion of Innovation theory with a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation techniques. The research results indicate that compatibility, low complexity, and ease of trialability are positive determinants in the persuasion process of adopting the e-Perjadin innovation. Meanwhile, relative advantage and observability remain negative determinants in the innovation persuasion, marked by the suboptimal reduction in the use of physical documents and the fact that not all employees fully experience work efficiency. This study recommends; (1) comprehensive implementation of the digital system, (2) improvement of application interfaces and features, (3) enhancement of internet network infrastructure, (4) periodic monitoring and evaluation. Keywords: E-Perjadin, Innovation Adoption, Efficiency, Accountability. Financial and Development Supervisory Agency of South Sumatra Province.
