Pharmaceutical management plays an important role in maintaining service quality, which has a direct impact on patient satisfaction, particularly among BPJS participants who routinely utilize hospital services. Based on pharmaceutical management principles that emphasize the effectiveness of medication provision and service delivery, this study aims to examine how the quality of outpatient pharmacy services influences the satisfaction of BPJS patients at RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang. The research employed a cross-sectional method involving 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling, using a five-dimensional service quality questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results show that 85.07% of patients reported being satisfied, and the rank-Spearman correlation test indicated a significant relationship between pharmacy service quality and patient satisfaction (p < 0.001). These findings reinforce that the better the quality of pharmacy services provided, the higher the level of patient satisfaction. Keywords: BPJS, Patient satisfication, Pharmacy, Service quality
