ANALISIS WAKTU DAN BIAYA MENGGUNAKAN METODE EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT (EVM) PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN FLYOVER GELUMBANG
The Gelumbang Flyover Construction Project has a high level of complexity and risk because it is carried out on an active road with limited time and budget. This study aims to analyze the cost and time performance of the project using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method based on the S curve and physical and financial progress data from month 1 to month 11. The indicators used are the Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and project completion estimates through EAC, ETC, and EAS. The results of the analysis show that the project's cost performance is relatively efficient with an average CPI of 1.40, while the time performance shows delays in several periods with an average SPI of 1.29. Based on calculations, the project is still under budget with a remaining cost of IDR 6,503,297,271.17, with an EAC value of IDR 83,027,517,158.52, indicating fairly good cost savings. In terms of time, the ETS value in the 11th month of 1.02 indicates an additional time requirement of approximately 0.981 months, so the project is slightly ahead of schedule.
