ANALISA PENGENDALIAN WAKTU DAN BIAYA MENGGUNAKAN METODE FAST TRACK PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN FLYOVER GELUMBANG
Construction projects are prone to delays due to limitations in time, cost, and resources. Therefore, effective project management is required. Conventional scheduling methods such as the S-Curve and Bar Chart, which are commonly used in Indonesia, have limitations in project monitoring, so that an alternative acceleration is needed through the Fast Track method. This research was conducted at the Gelumbang Flyover Construction Project which is at risk of delay as the project has previously experienced a stalled condition. The analysis was carried out using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) with the support of Microsoft Project by identifying the critical path and applying overlapping work to critical activities in accordance with Fast Track provisions. The results showed that the application of the Fast Track method was able to accelerate the project duration by 16 days or approximately 4,4% of the planned duration and resulted in indirect cost savings of Rp.207.579.695,552 or 0,222% of the initial contract.
