SISTEM REKOMENDASI SELEKSI PENERIMA MAKANAN TAMBAHAN UNTUK PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI POSYANDU KACA PIRING MENGGUNAKAN METODE COMPLEX PROPORTIONAL ASSESSMENT (COPRAS)
Stunting remains a significant health problem in Indonesia, particularly among toddlers. The government has attempted to prevent stunting through various programs, one of which is the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) for toddlers. However, in practice, the distribution of PMT assistance is often not well-targeted due to the lack of an adequate support system. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) in the selection of recipients of nutritious food assistance for toddlers at risk of stunting, using a case study at the Kaca Piring Integrated Health Post (Posyandu). This system uses the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method to improve the accuracy and objectivity of the selection. The data used were 36 toddlers with 7 assessment criteria: weight for age, height for age, weight for height, body mass index (BMI/A), number of family dependents, parental income, and housing conditions based on ownership status. Criteria weights were obtained through interviews with Posyandu cadres. This system resulted in recommendations for 14 toddlers with the highest priority as recipients of assistance. Test results showed that the system produced calculations identical to manual calculations, with an accuracy rate of 100%. Furthermore, website validation results showed a 91.35% increase in the accuracy of aid distribution, which users categorized as Very Useful. Therefore, this system can be used as an effective and accurate tool to support the targeted distribution of supplementary food aid for stunting prevention.
