ANALISIS PREFERENSI RUMAH TANGGA TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG) SUBSIDI ATAU NON SUBSIDI MENGGUNAKAN REGRESI LOGISTIK ORDINAL

Household preferences in the use of subsidized and non-subsidized LPG are influenced by various socio-economic factors. Therefore, to identify the factors that affect household preferences in using subsidized or non-subsidized LPG, a further analysis using ordinal logistic regression is required. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaire distribution. The results indicate that household income variables (X_1.2,X_1.3,X_1.4), education level variables (X_2.2,X_2.3), and age significantly influence respondents’ decisions to shift from subsidized LPG to non-subsidized LPG. The analysis also shows that the best model is the six-variable model, which has an R² value of 0.521 and an estimation accuracy of 69.79%. Therefore, the overall model is considered appropriate for explaining household preferences in LPG usage
