MODEL INTERNET REVERSE CHARGING (IRC) PADA C-RAN FAIR NETWORK BERBASIS DEMAND RESPONSE DAN INSENTIF HETEROGEN DENGAN FUNGSI UTILITAS EKSPONENSIAL DAN BUNDLING
This study aims to formulate an improved C-RAN and IRC model using a fair-network approach based on demand response and heterogeneous incentives, incorporating an exponential utility function, bundling schemes, and user-side optimization of bandwidth usage. In addition, sensitivity analysis is conducted to identify fluctuations in variables and parameters that may affect the optimal solution. The traffic data used consist of inbound and outbound data, which are then classified into two-time sessions: peak hours from 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM and off-peak hours from 05:01 PM – 06:59 AM. This research produces two models: Model I (improved C-RAN and IRC) and Model II (improved C-RAN and IRC with bundling scheme). Both models are organized into four cases, each further divided into four subcases, with differing parameters and variables under three internet pricing schemes: flat fee, two-part tariff, and usage based. The models are solved using LINGO 13.0, and the most optimal solution is obtained for Model II under the two-part tariff and usage based pricing scheme in Case 1 Subcase 1, yielding an objective value of IDR 5,006.66 per kilobyte.
