GAMBARAN KESESUAIAN PENERAPAN LUARAN DAN INTERVENSI KEPERAWATAN BERDASARKAN SLKI DAN SIKI DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM NEGERI KOTA PALEMBANG

SLKI and SIKI are important instruments used by nurses to develop treatment plans for patients. The implementation of SLKI and SIKI is expected to simplify and improve the quality of care and the documentation services. However, in practice, nurses often make errors when developing care plans that do not fully align with SLKI and SIKI. The objektive of this study is to determine the alignment in the implementation of outcomes and interventions based on SLKI and SIKI in the State General Hospital of Palembang City. This study used a descriptive observational method. The sample in this study consisted of 658 medical records of patients who had been hospitalized at the Palembang City State General Hospital between January and December 2024. The sampling was carried out using the Probability sampling method with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection used an observation sheet as an instrument. The results of this study showed that the implementation of nursing outcome labels according to the SLKI (56.99%), expectations according to the SLKI (39.12%), outcome criteria according to the SLKI (40.12%), intervention labels according to the SIKI (61.70%), nursing actions according to the SIKI (61.25%), nursing outcomes according to the SLKI (28.42%), and nursing interventions according to the SIKI (50.00%). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of nursing planning based on the SLKI and SIKI is not yet optimal at the Palembang City State General Hospital.
