PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN OTORITAS JASA KEUANGAN REGIONAL SUMATERA BAGIAN SELATAN
This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and interpersonal communication on the performance of employees at the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regional Office for the Southern Sumatra region. The population in this study consists of all permanent employees of OJK Sumbagsel, totaling 47 individuals, with a purposive sampling technique applied. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 27. The results indicate that, partially, the work-life balance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the interpersonal communication variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
