ANALISIS DAMPAK TPP DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA ASN DI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (BKPSDM) KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR

Astuti, Miranda - Personal Name;

This study aims to analyze the impact of Employee Income Supplement (TPP) and work motivation on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Ogan Ilir Regency. The urgency of this research stems from the need to improve the effectiveness of ASN work through fairer compensation policies and targeted motivation strategies. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey through the distribution of questionnaires to ASN of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) as the unit of analysis. The Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Agency (DPPPAPPKB) is only referenced as an external stakeholder related to the context of regional personnel policies. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on ASN performance. The results show that TPP has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, indicating that transparently managed compensation can encourage increased productivity. Work motivation has also been shown to have a significant effect in strengthening the quality and effectiveness of employee work. Simultaneously, TPP and work motivation have a strong influence on organizational performance achievements. The research implications emphasize the importance of improving the TPP allocation mechanism through increased transparency, accountability, and fairness, as well as the need for a more systematic motivational strengthening strategy. Continuous evaluation of compensation policies and performance assessments is necessary to support sustainable improvements in civil servant performance. Keywords: Employee Income Supplement (TPP), Civil Servant Motivation, Employee Performance
