PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN ARTIFICAL INTELLEGENCE (AI) CHATGPT TERHADAP KUALITAS PRESENTASI MAHASISWA FKIP PPKN PALEMBANG UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to determine the level of use of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT among students of the Civic Education (PPKn) Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sriwijaya, Palembang Campus, cohorts 2022–2025, in the context of academic activities. This research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research sample consisted of 52 students selected using proportional random sampling techniques. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a four-point Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The results of the study indicate that the level of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT usage among PPKn students of FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya falls into the high category. A total of 65.4% of students were categorized as having a high level of usage, while 21.2% were categorized as moderately high. Based on these findings, it is recommended that students utilize ChatGPT wisely as a learning support tool while continuing to develop critical and independent thinking skills without becoming overly dependent on technology.
