SISTEM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBERIAN PINJAMAN PADA NASABAH BARU MENGGUNAKAN FUZZY SUGENO
The process of assessing loan eligibility for new prospective customers at PT. Woori Finance Indonesia, Palembang 1 Branch, is still conducted manually, which may lead to inaccurate decisions and inefficiency. This study develops a decision support system based on the Fuzzy Sugeno method to improve efficiency and objectivity in the selection of new customers. The system uses three main parameters, namely net income, down payment percentage (DP%), and monthly installment, which are processed using 48 fuzzy rules. The system was developed using the Python programming language and tested on 20 customer data samples, resulting in a decision compatibility rate of 90% compared to the company’s actual decisions. The results indicate that the system can be used as an initial decision support tool, while the final decision remains under the authority of the company.
