PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN PERIZINAN BERUSAHA DALAM PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI ONLINE SINGLE SUBMISSION RISK BASED APPROACH (OSS-RBA) TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to analyze the influence of Business Licensing Service Quality and the Use of the Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS-RBA) Technology on Public Satisfaction at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Palembang City. The theory of service quality refers to Parasuraman, the theory of application usage refers to Venkatesh, and the theory of public satisfaction is based on Kotler and Keller. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method and a purposive sampling technique. The sample consists of 100 respondents who are users of the Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS-RBA) application. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 26. The findings show that Business Licensing Service Quality has no significant influence on Public Satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.383 (>0.05). The Use of OSS-RBA Technology significantly influences Public Satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 (
