MAKNA SILA KEEMPAT PANCASILA DALAM KEGIATAN SEKOLAH BAGI GENERASI Z DI SMPN 7 PALEMBANG

This study aims to determine the meaning of the fourth principle of Pancasila in school activities for generation z at SMPN 7 Palembang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The sample collection technique uses a purposive sampling technique with 7 informants. Data collection techniques use interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data validity tests use credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. Data analysis techniques use data reduction. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the meaning of the fourth principle of Pancasila in school activities carried out by OSIS got very good results seen from the value of democracy when students conveyed their vision and mission, were involved in the election process, accepted the election results with sportsmanship. The value of wisdom of students carried out discussions wisely, prioritized common interests, made decisions rationally and ethically. The value of deliberation/consensus in meetings all students were given the opportunity to convey and listen to opinions, respect, and find joint decisions. The value of student representatives became a good example for other students, carried out responsibilities according to guidance, channeled aspirations and divided tasks evenly so that it ran well over time.
