EVALUASI BERBASIS MODEL CONTEXT, INPUT, PROCESS, PRODUCT (C.I.P.P.) PADA PROGRAM SMILE DALAM UPAYA MONITORING DISTRIBUSI VAKSIN PADA PUSKESMAS RAWA BENING

Nabella, Lutfhiana - Personal Name;

The Electronic Logistics Immunization Monitoring System (SMILE) is a technological development in the health sector designed to facilitate the recording, reporting, and monitoring of vaccine distribution electronically and in real time. The aim of the study is to evaluate the SMILE vaccine distribution at Rawa Bening Community Health Center using the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). This study uses a qualitative descriptive design approach with 9 informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews, and then processed thematically to obtain a comprehensive understanding of program implementation. The results of research on the context aspect indicate that program needs determination is adjusted based on a location-based approach to facilitate monitoring of immunization targets. However, there are challenges in certain targets, especially in pesantren areas. Inputs of human resources and infrastructure are available to support program implementation, but there are limitations in staff technical abilities, high workload, and issues with internet and electricity supply affecting system smoothness. In the process, program implementation follows standard operating procedures. However, there are still delays in data entry due to duplicate manual and online recording, as well as application maintenance causing disruptions. The SMILE product has a positive impact on improving the effectiveness of vaccine logistics management and facilitates the monitoring and availability of proper immunization schedules. The SMILE program is running well, but there is a need to enhance the capacity of officers, strengthen networks, support facilities, optimize reporting, and improve education.Keywords: Program Evaluation, SMILE, CIPP, Vaccine Logistics, Community Health Center
