This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and talent management on employee performance in the Chipping and Wood Handling Department of PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper. The population of this study consists of all employees in the department, using a saturated sampling (census) technique, resulting in a total sample of 78 respondents. The data were collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that employee engagement and talent management have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, in the Chipping and Wood Handling Department of PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper.
