Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a type of horticulture that contains many important vitamins, economic potential and high nutritional content, making the cultivation of this commodity a promising business opportunity, not only from a financial aspect but also in skills development and community empowerment. This study aims to (1) describe the stages of the oyster mushroom cultivation production process, (2) analyze the feasibility of the business from financial and non-financial aspects, and (3) formulate a strategy for developing the SEJATI oyster mushroom cultivation center in North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The research method used is a case study with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Financial analysis includes NPV, IRR, Net B/C, Gross B/C, BEP, and Payback Period, while nonfinancial analysis includes market, technical, legal, socio-economic, cultural, management, and environmental aspects. The results of the study show that the production process includes raw material preparation to harvest. SEJATI oyster mushroom cultivation business is declared financially and non-financially feasible, with an NPV of Rp182,459,381, an IRR of 54.362 percent, a Net B/C of 2.17, a Gross B/C of 1.21, and a Payback Period of 1.4 years. Sensitivity analysis shows that the business remains feasible against changes in production and costs. A SWOT analysis places SEJATI oyster mushroom cultivation center in quadrant I with an aggressive strategy.
