This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and organizational communication on employee performance at PT Bina Pertiwi Palembang Representative Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The population of this study was all employees of PT Bina Pertiwi Palembang Representative Office with a total of 34 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that work stress had a significant negative effect on employee performance and organizational communication had a significant positive effect on employee performance.
