The Department of Youth, Sports, and Tourism of Musi Banyuasin Regency still manages incoming and outgoing mail archives manually, resulting in difficulties in document retrieval, the risk of file loss, and slow mail management processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Digital Archiving System for Incoming and Outgoing Mail at the Department of Youth, Sports, and Tourism of Musi Banyuasin Regency to facilitate efficient and structured correspondence administration. The developed system includes a document upload feature to attach mail files digitally, an archive search feature that allows users to find incoming and outgoing mail quickly and accurately, and a real-time notification feature that provides automatic alerts to both Admins and Users whenever there is a new incoming mail or a change in mail status.
