PERAN PENDAMPING LOKAL DESA DALAM PENGUATAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN INDRALAYA UTARA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This study examines the role of Village Local Facilitators (PLD) in strengthening the community economy in North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The study aims to describe and analyze the roles and contributions of PLD in the process of strengthening the village community's economy. The research employed a qualitative method, focusing on an in-depth understanding of social phenomena. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation involving parties related to the management of community businesses in the village. The findings indicate that the roles of Village Local Facilitators (PLD) in strengthening the community economy in North Indralaya District include facilitating community business planning, improving the capacity of community business management through human resource development, and facilitating business partnerships for community enterprises. In practice, PLD faces various obstacles arising from both internal and external factors. Internal barriers include limited human resources, less optimal mentoring time in the implementation of activities, and a high workload. Meanwhile, external barriers include low community participation, limited capital, and restricted market access.
