ANALISIS POSTUR KERJA MENGGUNAKAN RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT (REBA) DAN APLIKASI KINOVEA PADA PROSES PEMBUATAN KERUPUK DI UMKM TIGA SAUDARA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR, SUMATERA SELATAN
Work posture refers to the position or stance of a worker while performing work activities; in the application of ergonomics, assessing work posture is crucial to determine efficiency and the level of risk associated with a job. This study aims to analyze the risk level associated with work postures during the cracker production process at the Tiga Saudara cracker MSME. Work posture analysis was conducted using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. This method plays a key role in assessing the risk level of work postures during the cracker production process by analyzing the body angles formed by the work posture while working. The study subjects included three female workers aged 60, 53, and 36 years. The observed data included workers complaints collected via the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, body angles measured using the Kinovea application, REBA method scoring results, and workers energy expenditure. The data are presented in the form of figures and tables. The results of this study indicate that on the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, all three workers reported complaints of pain in the same body parts as well as in different body parts. The results of the energy expenditure measurements for the three workers indicated that the cracker-making process falls into the category of heavy work. The results of the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) scoring method also showed that all three workers had the same REBA score of 9, indicating that they are at high risk and require immediate corrective action.
