Iron supplements play an important role in maintaining hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. Iron supplement consumption behavior during pregnancy is reflected in the attitudes and compliance levels of pregnant women. Attitudes reflect mothers' tendencies to evaluate health recommendations, while compliance levels indicate the regularity of iron supplement consumption as recommended by health workers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between attitudes and levels of compliance with taking iron supplements and hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at the Indralaya Community Health Center. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive analytical design and a prospective cross-sectional approach and was conducted in November–December 2025, involving 41 pregnant women. Attitude data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, compliance levels were measured using MARS-5, and hemoglobin levels were obtained from medical records. The results showed that the attitudes of pregnant women towards iron supplement consumption were positive, followed by high compliance levels. Hemoglobin levels in pregnant women mostly increase. Statistical analysis showed a significant relationship between the attitudes of pregnant women towards hemoglobin levels (p = 0.000016) and a significant relationship between the level of compliance with iron supplement consumption and hemoglobin levels (p = 0.000). A significant relationship was also found between pregnant women's attitudes and their compliance with iron supplement consumption (p = 0.000008). These findings indicate that pregnant women's attitudes and compliance play an important role in maintaining hemoglobin levels during pregnancy.
