APLIKASI PENGELOLAAN DATA OBAT BERBASIS WEB PADA KLINIK SU'ADAH PALEMBANG
Medication oversight in healthcare settings necessitates an organized and cohesive approach to enhance service effectiveness and ensure data precision. Klinik Su'adah Palembang is encountering obstacles in handling medication records due to the use of software with limited capabilities, which leads to challenges in ensuring stock accuracy, managing expired medications, and overseeing drug return procedures. This study seeks to create a web-based tool for managing medication records that can consolidate information from warehouse, pharmacy, and patient care segments. The approach adopted for the research employs the Agile Framework alongside the Scrum model for development and utilizes blackbox testing for evaluation. The application is developed using the Laravel Framework, MySQL, and Tailwind CSS within a Model-View-Controller (MVC) structure. Findings from the study indicate that the application has been effectively created with key features that include: (1) management of medication records with options for searching and filtering, (2) tracking incoming medications with batch verification and expiration date checks, (3) stock oversight separated between warehouse and pharmacy with automatic updates, (4) management of prescriptions that confirm stock availability and allow for drug substitution, (5) automatic alerts for medications nearing expiration (H-30 days), (6) management of drug returns with documentation of reasons and batch numbers, and (7) detailed reporting capabilities that can be filtered by time frames. The blackbox testing confirmed that all functionalities operate as per the established specifications. This application significantly enhances the efficiency of data recording, speeds up access to medication stock details, and improves collaboration among the warehouse, pharmacy, and patient service departments at Klinik Su'adah Palembang.
