PERANCANGAN SISTEM TRACKING DAN TANDA TERIMA DIGITAL PENERIMAAN PAKET MENGGUNAKAN QR CODE BERBASIS WEB

Package administration in the Corporate Administration of PT Bukit Asam Tbk currently relies on Microsoft Excel and recordings on printed sheets, making it prone to human errors, double entries, and slow tracking. This study designs a web-based Package Receipt Information System to automate the entire workflow from incoming package logging, work unit allocation, to delivery confirmation via QR Code scanning that automatically records the recipient's identity. The system development follows the Waterfall model and is evaluated using Black Box Testing. The results show that system successfully centralizes master data, monitors distribution in real-time, and prevents double entries through a status-locking mechanism. Based on the testing, all core features operated properly and met the specifications, concluding that the application is highly feasible to enhance the company's efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
