EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENJUALAN OBAT ONLINE BERBASIS WEBSITE TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS DI APOTEK MERI MEDICA
The development of information technology has driven the transformation of pharmaceutical services, one of which is the implementation of a website-based online drug sales system integrated with a management system and General Point of Sales (GPOS). This study aims to evaluate the implementation of a website-based online drug sales system using GPOS on the effectiveness of pharmaceutical services at Meri Medica Pharmacy. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method with an evaluative approach. The research subjects consisted of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and cashiers, as well as customers who had conducted online drug purchase transactions. Data collection techniques included direct observation, structured interviews, questionnaire distribution, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis by measuring system effectiveness indicators, including service speed, data accuracy, ease of system use, and user satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the website-based online drug sales system using GPOS at Meri Medica Pharmacy falls into the effective category. The system was able to improve transaction service speed, minimize data recording errors, facilitate inventory management and sales reporting, and increase user satisfaction from both the pharmacy staff and customer perspectives.
