APLIKASI PENGELOLAAN DATA LABORATORIUM BERBASIS WEB PADA KLINIK SU’ADAH PALEMBANG

Su’adah Clinic Palembang still uses laboratory examination results in physical documents, causing patient data to not be stored in the system and difficult to be reused during subsequent visits. This research was conducted to design and develop a web-based laboratory data management application that can store and display patient examination histories. The system development method used was the Agile Framework with a Scrum approach. The application was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Testing using Black Box Testing showed that the system functions operated according to user requirements. The results of this study indicate that the application can assist laboratory data management and the digital storage of patient examination results at Su’adah Clinic.
