This study aims to analyze the effect of digitalization and digital literacy on work culture change among employees of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK), South Sumatra Representative Office, through a case study of the Web Jasmin application. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that both digitalization ($X1$) and digital literacy ($X2$) have a positive and significant effect—partially and simultaneously—on work culture change ($Y$), as expressed in the regression equation $Y = -4.725 + 0.528X1 + 0.462X2$. Together, both variables account for 92.3% of the variance in work culture change, classified as a very strong influence. It is concluded that the implementation of Web Jasmin has successfully fostered a more efficient, transparent, and accountable work culture within BPK South Sumatra Representative Office.
