ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN MANAJEMEN APOTEK DENGAN SISTEM INFORMASI BERBASIS MOBILE DI APOTEK BERKEMBANG KOTA PALEMBANG
Many small- to medium-scale community pharmacies still manage their operations manually or use digital systems that are not yet integrated, resulting in low work efficiency, recording accuracy, inventory control, and reporting speed. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of pharmacy management through the implementation of a mobile-based Pharmacy Management Information System (SIMA) in developing pharmacies in Palembang City. The study was conducted in several developing pharmacies in Palembang City that are in the transition phase from manual to digital systems. The research employed a descriptive-analytic qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using the HOT-FIT model (Human, Organization, Technology). The results show that the implementation of a mobile-based SIMA in four developing pharmacies in Palembang City effectively improved work efficiency, recording accuracy, data integration, inventory control, and reporting speed, as evidenced by the HOT-FIT questionnaire results with scores of Human 3.20, Organization 3.46, and Technology 3.64 (good category), supported by observation results with scores of Human 3.80, Organization 3.50, and Technology 4.00 (very good category), and confirmed through interviews indicating that the system is easy to learn after an initial adaptation period, supported by management with affordable operational costs, and considered stable and suitable for pharmacy operational needs. Overall, SIMA is considered effective in supporting pharmacy management in developing pharmacies in Palembang City.
