ANALISA FINANSIAL BULLRIPPER SEBAGAI ALAT PEMBAJAKAN DI PT MUSI HUTAN PERSADA

Land preparation activities in Industrial Plantation Forests (HTI) require heavy equipment to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of soil processing. The Komatsu D85E-SS Bullripper is used to loosen the soil and prepare planting rows. This study aimed to determine the operational costs and financial feasibility of using the Bullripper at PT Musi Hutan Persada. The research method used was descriptive quantitative through direct field observations and company data collection. The analysis included fixed costs, variable costs, Net Present Value (NPV), and Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio). The results showed that the total operational cost of the equipment reached Rp7,164,486,350 per year, with fuel costs as the largest component. The NPV value of Rp50,364,385,803 and a B/C Ratio of 12.91 indicated that the use of the Bullripper is financially feasible and profitable.
