This study aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health (OSH) and interpersonal communication on the job satisfaction of employees in the Olymplast Division at PT Kurnia Persada Mitra Mandiri. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal study type. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, with a total sampling technique applied to the entire population of 101 employees. The data analysis technique used was non-parametric analysis, namely Spearman's rank correlation test. The results showed that occupational safety and health (X1) and interpersonal communication (X2) partially had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y). These findings indicate that implementing effective OSH practices and effective interpersonal communication can increase job satisfaction. This study is expected to provide input for companies in creating a more conducive work environment and harmonious working relationships.
