The implementation of the Coretax application is part of the digital transformation of public administration aimed at improving the effectiveness of tax services and reporting at the Palembang City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a theory of public service effectiveness that includes timeliness, procedures, targets, and information accuracy, through triangulation of observations, interviews, and Coretax data documentation from January to December 2025 (12 periods). The results show that all tax obligations have been recorded 100%, with invoice timeliness of 74.7% and delays of 25.3% due to server disruptions, unstable networks, and data corrections; SPT reporting remains routine but corrections are still high at 78.8%; procedures are in accordance with SOPs with 100% use of Coretax and amendments to PPh 21 of 8.5%; target accuracy is very good with 100% validation of tax subjects and objects; and high data accuracy with 100% document conformity, immaterial nominal differences (
