PENERAPAN METODE NAÏVE BAYES DALAM PENGKLASIFIKASIAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA TERHADAP LAYANAN MOBILE BANKING (STUDI KASUS BANK X)
This study aims to classify the level of student satisfaction at Sriwijaya University toward Bank X’s mobile banking services using the Naïve Bayes method. Satisfaction measurement is carried out based on SERVQUAL, which consists of five dimensions of service quality, namely, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data used comes from 96 active student respondents of Sriwijaya University in the 2025/2026 academic year who use Bank X's mobile banking services. The satisfaction variable measured by a Likert scale is transformed into binary categories of satisfied and dissatisfied, then part of it becomes training data and testing data for the classification process. The results show that the Naïve Bayes method is able to classify student satisfaction with an accuracy value of 89.47%, recall 93.33%, precision 93.33%, specificity 75% and F1-score 93.33%. The performance model shows excellent performance in classifying students in the satisfied category. However, the model's performance in identifying students is still not optimal, especially in the dimensions of evidence and assurance, where only 50% can be identified.
