Stunting in Empat Lawang District in 2023 ranked second as the region with the highest number of stunting cases in South Sumatra, increasing from 18.5% in 2022 to 32.6% in 2023. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage for infants under 6 months of age reached 55.7% in 2023, while the lowest coverage of early breastfeeding initiation was 15.9% in 2021, where exclusive breastfeeding is associated with stunting. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of education on exclusive breastfeeding and early breastfeeding initiation on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in the Tebing Tinggi Community Health Center working area. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design using a pre-test post-test design with a control group. The research technique used is total sampling. The research sample consisted of 15 pregnant women in each of the experimental and control groups.
