This study aims to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at LPSE and to identify the factors that hinder its implementation. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The informants consisted of LPSE employees and related officials within the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the management of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out through planning, procurement, utilization, and maintenance stages. However, its implementation still faces challenges in the form of limited facilities, budget constraints, and maintenance that requires improvement. Therefore, enhanced planning and optimization of facilities and infrastructure management are necessary to support more effective and efficient task implementation.
