This study aims to develop a Sensory Showdown assessment instrument, assisted by Baamboozle, on the Five Senses topic for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 004 Palembang and to determine the development procedures, validity, and practicality of the instrument. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, comprising the Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, documentation, validation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The validation results showed that the assessment expert yielded a score of 94.5% and was categorized as very valid. The material expert validation resulted in 96.6%, also categorized as very valid. Validation by two practitioners reached 100%, indicating very high validity. The overall validation recapitulation was 96%, indicating a very valid instrument. The practicality test at the one-to-one stage obtained 100% (very practical), while the small-group stage obtained 87.65% (very practical). The overall practicality recapitulation reached 90.7%, placing it in the very practical category. The Baamboozle-assisted Sensory Showdown assessment instrument is considered valid and practical, making it feasible for use as an alternative assessment instrument in teaching Science (IPAS) on the Five Senses topic for fourth-grade elementary school students
