RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN PELATIHAN GURU PADA LEMBAGA PELATIHAN ILTEC DI KOTA PALEMBANG

Indonesian Learning Training and Education Centre (ILTEC) in Palembang City still uses WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel in the training registration process, resulting in unstructured participant data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Teacher Training Registration Information System using the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) method. The system provides features for training registration, payment proof submission, attendance management, registration status tracking, training history, certificates, and training reports. The results show that the system helps make the registration process and participant data management more structured. Based on Black Box Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation, the system functions properly and achieved a SUS score of 85.75, indicating that it is easy to use and well accepted by users.
