The student attendance recapitulation process at schools is still conducted by collecting and reorganizing attendance data from various sources, requiring considerable time and making attendance record retrieval more difficult. Therefore, a web-based student attendance recapitulation information system was designed and developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The system was built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database with features including login, class and student data management, attendance input, attendance percentage calculation, and attendance recapitulation reports. Based on the Black Box Testing results, all system features functioned according to user requirements and helped make attendance management more effective and efficient
