PENERAPAN METODE HIBRIDA AHP DAN TOPSIS UNTUK MODEL SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN SEKOLAH PRIORITAS BERDASARKAN STATUS GIZI SISWA DI KOTA PRABUMULIH
The determination of priority nutrition intervention programs at the school level has not yet been supported by a systematic multicriteria decision-making model, which may lead to less consistent and less objective decisions. This issue becomes increasingly important considering the existence of various school-based nutrition intervention programs, such as the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program, which require accurate identification of priority targets. This study aims to determine priority schools for nutrition interventions in Prabumulih City objectively through a Decision Support System model. The methods used are a combination of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine criteria weights and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to rank the schools. The research data consist of secondary data from 2024 obtained from the UKS reports of Prabumulih Barat and Prabumulih Timur Community Health Centers, covering 47 schools with a total of 10,745 students. The results show a satisfactory AHP Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.0542. Meanwhile, the TOPSIS ranking places SDN 30 as the top priority with a preference value (Ci) of 0.691126. The sensitivity test shows Spearman Rank Correlation values of 0.9990–1.0000 and Kendall Tau values of 0.9870–1.0000, indicating that the ranking results are highly stable and able to maintain decision consistency for schools with the highest priority.
