Peatland utilization for agricultural activities, particularly the development of acacia plantations, represents one of the efforts to overcome various limiting factors such as waterlogged environmental conditions and poor soil fertility. The selection of acacia as an Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI) species on peatlands is largely due to its relatively fast growth and its ability to thrive on marginal lands. This research was conducted on the peatlands of the Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI) managed by PT Bumi Andalas Permai (BAP), located in Air Sugihan Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The study aimed to evaluate the land suitability of peat soils for Acacia (Acacia crassicarpa). A semi-detailed survey method with a scale of 1:20,000 was employed, and soil samples were collected from 12 points. The main parameters analyzed included soil pH, peat depth, cation exchange capacity (CEC), organic carbon (C-organic), and nutrient contents of N, P, and K. The results showed that the land suitability classes were predominantly S2 (moderately suitable) and S3 (marginally suitable). The main limiting factors were very acidic soil pH (
