PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN QUALITY OF WORK LIFE TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CIRIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA PT KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) (STUDI KASUS PADA UPT CREW KA KERTAPATI)

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The Kertapati KA Crew UPT was used as a case study. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach. Data collection used a questionnaire. Purposive sampling was used, with 75 male employees, aged 30-40, and with an average education of high school or equivalent, as respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results concluded that work stress and quality of work life had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
