ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENERIMAAN DAN KESIAPAN IMPLEMENTASI KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (KMS) MENGGUNAKAN MODEL HOT-FIT DI LABORATORIUM FASILKOM UNSRI

Simanullang, Eka Darmayanti - Personal Name;

The implementation of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) in higher education requires readiness in human, organizational, and technological aspects to ensure optimal acceptance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Human, Organization, and Technology factors within the HOT-Fit model on KMS acceptance in the Laboratory of the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Sriwijaya. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using outer model and inner model evaluations. The results indicate that not all Technology factors have a significant effect on System Use. System Quality and Information Quality have a significant effect on User Satisfaction, but do not significantly affect System Use. In addition, System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality do not have a significant effect on Structure. Service Quality also does not significantly affect System Use and User Satisfaction. The Human factor, User Satisfaction has a significant effect on both System Use and Net Benefit, while System Use also significantly affects Net Benefit. Furthermore, System Development has a significant effect on both System Quality and System Use. The Organization factor, Structure significantly affects Net Benefit, but does not significantly affect System Use, while Environment significantly affects Structure. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that KMS acceptance and implementation readiness within the HOT-Fit model are influenced by human, organizational, and technological factors, with varying levels of influence across variables. Specifically, User Satisfaction, System Use, System Development, and Structure are variables that have been proven to significantly influence the model, with User Satisfaction being relatively more dominant in enhancing system benefits.
