This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and career development On Job Satisfaction at Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office Jakabaring. The research method used in this study is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaries. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling, with a total sample of 122 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office Jakabaring. In addition, career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office Jakabaring.
