This final report was prepared as one of the academic requirements for the Diploma III Secretariat Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. The activities that formed the basis for this final report were carried out at the Palembang Branch of PT Pegadaian (Persero) in the Non-Pawn Micro Division for five months, from May 2 to October 2, 2025. During the implementation, the author was involved in various secretarial activities related to the administration of People's Business Credit (KUR) applications, data processing, document verification, data input, file verification, and assistance with the waskat survey. The author also conducted an application simulation through the digital pawnshop application to understand the transformation of digital-based services. The results of this activity demonstrated the importance of technology integration in financial services, but also faced several obstacles, such as limited office facilities, low customer digital literacy, and difficulty contacting delinquent customers. Overall, this internship program provided an enriching experience with both practical and theoretical insights, and enhanced the author's preparedness for the world of work, particularly in the non-bank financial services sector, which demands adaptability to digital developments.
