ESTIMASI PERMINTAAN DAN PEMILIHAN PEMASOK PADI UNTUK ALOKASI PEMESANAN MENGGUNAKAN INTERPOLASI FRAKTAL, METODE BEST-WORST, DAN METODE TOPSIS
The supply of paddy in rice milling enterprises is highly dependent on harvest seasons, which occur twice a year, namely in March and August. This limited availability necessitates effective planning to ensure proper management of rice demand. Inadequate planning may result in financial losses due to either stockouts or overstocking. This study aims to estimate rice demand using the Nonlinear Fractal Interpolation technique, determine the weights of supplier selection criteria using the Best–Worst Method (BWM), and obtain supplier rankings as well as paddy order allocation using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The criteria considered in supplier selection include paddy quality, delivery timeliness, and supply quantity. The results indicate that the estimated annual rice demand is 94,162.3853 kg. The weighting results derived from BWM identify paddy quality as the most significant criterion. Based on the TOPSIS analysis, two suppliers achieved the highest preference values and were identified as the best suppliers, with the proposed order allocation capable of fulfilling the estimated demand derived from the interpolation results. Therefore, the integrated application of these methods provides a systematic and objective approach to supporting multi-criteria decision-making in inventory planning.
