PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN POSYANDU DAN MONITORING KESEHATAN IBU DAN BALITA DI DESA JAGA BAYA

This study aims to design and develop a web-based Posyandu Service Information System and Health Monitoring System for mothers and toddlers in Jaga Baya Village. The study was conducted because Posyandu data management was still carried out manually through record-keeping in books. The research methods used in this study included observation, interviews, and literature review, while the system was developed using the Waterfall method. The system design employed Unified Modeling Language (UML), consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The results of the study indicate that the system can effectively manage data related to mothers, toddlers, health examinations, immunizations, and Posyandu schedules, as well as provide online health information.
