ANALISIS RISIKO PADA RANTAI PASOK TANDAN BUAH SEGAR DENGAN PENDEKATAN SCOR-FMEA (STUDI KASUS PT DAPUR SAWIT KECAMATAN TUNGKAL JAYA)
The distribution of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) is essential for maintaining raw material quality and ensuring operational efficiency within the palm oil supply chain. PT Dapur Sawit, a plantation company that does not operate its own processing facility, depends on partner Palm Oil Mills (POMs) for FFB processing. This reliance increases the vulnerability of distribution activities to various operational risks. This study maps the FFB supply chain and identifies and prioritizes operational risks at each stage of the distribution process. The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) framework structures supply chain activities into five processes: plan, source, make, deliver, and return. Risk identification and evaluation are conducted using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method, which assesses severity, occurrence, and detection to calculate the Risk Priority Number (RPN) for risk prioritization. Data collection methods include field observations, interviews with operational personnel, and analysis of company operational documents. The findings indicate that operational risks are present across all SCOR processes. The most significant risks include inaccurate production estimation during planning, delays in fruit collection and transportation, limitations in post-harvest quality control, unloading delays due to queues at partner mills, and constraints in quality feedback and tonnage recording systems. Based on RPN rankings, several mitigation strategies are recommended: improving harvest planning accuracy, optimizing labor and transportation coordination, strengthening pre-delivery quality inspection, enhancing coordination with partner mills, and improving operational recording and feedback mechanisms. These measures are anticipated to improve the efficiency of FFB distribution and strengthen the operational performance of the palm oil supply chain at PT Dapur Sawit.
